environment in Zama for:
• clients,
• professionals,

salons,
• all platform users.
By using Zama,
you agree to comply with these Rules.
Violation of the Rules may
result in restrictions, blocking, or account deletion.
2. General
Principles of Conduct in Zama
Behavior in Zama is prohibited
if it:
• interferes with the operation of the platform;
•
violates the rights of other users;
• creates risks for
clients, professionals, salons, or the service;
• is abusive,
aggressive, or conducted in bad faith.
We expect users
to:
• communicate respectfully;
• use booking features
in good faith;
• provide accurate information;
• honor
agreements.
3. What Is Prohibited for All Users
3.1. Abuse,
Aggression, Rudeness
It is prohibited to:
• insult
other users;
• humiliate, threaten, or blackmail;
• use
rude, aggressive, or toxic communication;
• harass users in
chats or outside them.
3.2. Bad-Faith
Use of the Platform
It is prohibited to:
• abuse the
booking function;
• make mass bookings without the intention
to attend;
• systematically cancel bookings at the last
moment;
• systematically fail to attend bookings (no-show);
•
use the platform to create obstacles for other users.
3.3. False or
Misleading Information
It is prohibited to:
• provide
knowingly false contact information;
• impersonate another
person;
• publish inaccurate or misleading information.
3.4. Abuse of
Chats and Communications
It is prohibited to:
• send
spam;
• send intrusive messages;
• misuse chat
functionality;
• send messages that violate the law or
third-party rights.
3.5.
Disruption of Platform Operation
It is prohibited to:
•
attempt to bypass platform restrictions;
• interfere with
service operation;
• use automated means to abuse
functionality;
• perform actions that may harm the stability
or security of Zama.
4. Rules for Clients
4.1. Bookings
and Attendance
Clients must use booking features in good
faith:
• book only when there is a genuine intention to
attend;
• cancel or reschedule bookings in a timely manner
when possible;
• avoid repeated no-shows.
4.2.
Prepayments and Restrictions
If a client systematically
violates agreements (for example, frequently fails to attend), Zama
may:
• restrict access to booking features;
• enable
prepayment requirements;
• apply other restrictions.
4.3.
Communication with Professionals / Salons
Clients must
communicate respectfully.
Rudeness, threats, insults, or
pressure may result in blocking.
5. Rules for Professionals and Salons
5.1. Accuracy
of Information
Professionals / salons must provide accurate
and up-to-date information, including:
• contact details,
•
service descriptions,
• schedules (where possible),
•
other profile information.
5.2. Proper
Use of Client Data
Client data obtained via Zama must be
used solely for purposes related to bookings and service provision
(unless otherwise agreed with the client and permitted by law).
5.3.
Communication with Clients
Professionals / salons are
prohibited from:
• insulting clients;
• issuing
threats;
• using humiliating or aggressive language;
•
abusing client contact details.
5.4. Use of
Platform Tools
If professionals / salons use Zama’s
accounting, analytics, statistics, or other tools, they are solely
responsible for the accuracy of entered data and their actions within
the system.
6. Reviews and Ratings
6.1. Who May
Leave Reviews
Reviews may only be submitted by users who:
•
booked through the Platform;
• actually attended the service.
6.2.
Prohibited Review Content
Reviews or comments are prohibited
if they:
• contain insults, threats, or harassment;
•
contain spam;
• violate third-party rights;
• are
unrelated to actual service experience.
6.3. Review
Moderation
Zama may:
• hide reviews;
• delete
reviews;
• refuse to publish reviews;
• restrict review
functionality.
Zama is not obligated to explain such decisions.
7. AI and
Automated Functions (User-Friendly Explanation)
Zama may use
automated systems and AI features (for example, in chats, request
processing, bookings, rescheduling, or recommendations).
Important:
•
interactions may involve humans or automated systems;
• this
may not be accompanied by separate notifications;
• automated
features may produce errors.
Users are responsible for verifying important booking details, services, dates, and times.
8. Moderation,
Restrictions, and Blocking
Zama may apply measures for
violations, including:
• warnings;
• feature
restrictions;
• temporary blocking;
• permanent
blocking;
• account deletion.
Zama is not
obligated to:
• provide prior notice;
• explain
reasons;
• provide evidence;
• restore access.
9. Data
Handling in Case of Blocking
In the event of account
restrictions or blocking, data may be temporarily retained for:
•
investigation of violations,
• platform security,
•
dispute resolution,
• legal compliance.
If no violation is confirmed, access may be restored.
10. Changes to
the Rules
Zama may update these Rules at any time.
The
current version is published within the service.
Continued use
of Zama constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
11. Important
Notice
These Rules apply together with:
• the Zama
User Agreement
• the Zama Privacy Policy
In the event of discrepancies, the User Agreement shall prevail.
